Acai and Nut Breakfast Bowls

By far our favorite weekday breakfast. Acai Bowls filled with of course acai berries then blended together with juice topped with granola, fresh fruits, crunchy nuts and a variety of seeds all drizzled with a fun topping. Talk about the perfect way to start your day! 

Very Berry Acai Bowl

1/2 cup apple juice

1 package frozen acai

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen bananas

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 Tablespoon Honey

Peanut Butter Chocolate Acai Bowl

1/2 cup almond milk

1 package frozen acai

1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

1/2 cup frozen bananas

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Tropical Mango Acai Bowl

1/2 cup apple juice

1 package frozen acai

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen bananas

Suggested Toppings

Slivered Almonds

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Toasted Sunflower Seeds

Dry Roasted Cashews

Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts

Dried Cranberries

Dried Apricots

Shredded Coconut

Flax Seed

Homemade Granola (see our recipe)

Fresh Fruit

Instructions

Add desired recipe to the blender in order and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with desired toppings.
