Almonds

These are Super Crunchy, and Delicious! Nature’s delicious “power packed” snack;  its most nutritionally dense nut. These fresh almonds are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and are an excellent source of mono-unsaturated fats which promote healthy cholesterol levels. It has mild natural sweetness and a smooth light colored skin that makes them enjoyable time after time.  Contains lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. The health benefits include lower blood sugar levels, reduced blood pressure and lower cholesterol levels. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss.

They are the edible seeds of Prunus dulcis, more commonly called the almond tree.
