We are totally in love with this smoothie! It’s like eating a piece of pumpkin pie without a fork! Full of fiber, vitamins A and C as well as being packed with antioxidants this smoothie is so yummy you won’t know how good it is for you!
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup ground blanched farm fresh almonds
1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey or maple syrup to taste
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, cinnamon ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves
crushed ice optional
Instructions
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Garnish Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie with some crushed graham Almonds and a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice (optional).
